The Tripod staff can support strategic planning efforts, and we bring a particular philosophy of change to this work. The Tripod Project is grounded in the belief that a great deal of the knowledge necessary for raising achievement and narrowing gaps is already present in most schools. Further, we believe that educators are willing and able to learn from one another both within and across schools. Therefore, our approach provides structures within which teachers and school leaders can effectively build upon the expertise that already exists in their professional communities.
Tripod staff members are available to facilitate planning sessions to help teachers and school administrators analyze and use Tripod survey data to inform school improvement efforts.
